Key Facility Rules:
On-site Conduct:
· Always behave, with respect to other people, in a courteous, polite and responsible fashion.
· Kindly observe all the rules of civility and good citizenship behavior while in the premises of Golden Aesthetics;
· Please comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by the facility where the treatments will be provided and carried out.
· Kindly be advised that the Client as well as all visitors to Golden Aesthetics’ premises shall be responsible and liable for any damage, material or otherwise, caused in any way to the latter or its workers during their stay or visit;
· Please know that you are obliged to abide and obey AT ALL TIMES the instructions of Golden Aesthetics’ Staff.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:
· Appointment cancellations/rescheduling requests must be communicated with at least 48 hours prior to the time set for the scheduled appointment.
· Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.
· No-shows will be charged a $100 fee. Only under extenuating circumstances and exceptionally may the fee be waived or reduced, all at Golden Aesthetics’ sole choice.
· If approved by Golden Aesthetics, appointment rescheduling is subject to availability and should be booked with at least 48 hours in advance the requested appointment time.
· Golden Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be notified and offered alternative dates.

Refund Policy:
· Refund: Payments performed to pre-order treatment, products or any payments carried out are neither refundable nor rescindable. Client may not cancel or rescind any payments, orders, pre-orders or any contracts for services entered with Golden Aesthetics. Only under extenuating circumstances and exceptionally, may a payment, order or pre-order be cancelled and a refund issued, all at the sole discretion of Golden Aesthetics. If a refund is approved by Golden Aesthetics, a mandatory cancellation fee will be applied. This fee starts at 10% of the total amount to be refunded and will be deducted from the latter prior to the issuance of said refund along with a 3% credit card processing fee. This cancelation fee covers all costs associated with scheduling, staff time allocated to personalized protocols, prescriptions, and reimbursement penalties, and operational resources already allocated.
· In all cases in which a partial refund is to be issued for services purchased as a bundle and/or at discounted rates, in addition to the full applicability of the indicated cancellation fee, a full reversal of said discounts shall be likewise and concurrently applicable. Therefore, the remaining services will revert to their full-price value, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly by deducting such discounts from the total amount to be refunded to the Client.

Transferability:
Pre-orders for services are transferable to third parties as long as the treatment has not been initiated. Pre-orders are not sharable between multiple third parties. Pre-orders for services are deemed as intuitu-personae once the client starts a session of the treatment and therefore, they become non-transferable and non-sharable with other persons or third parties. By entering the premises of Golden Aesthetics LLC, the Client and any visitor acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, and policies outlined herein, as well as to be subject to and comply with those stipulated in any supplemental forms, consents, and waivers. 

Golden Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or terminate these rules without prior notice at any time.
